Salary: 80 - 95K

About the Role

We’re working with a well-established global organisation. They are expanding their engineering team in Dublin and are looking for a Senior Software Developer to play a key role in designing, building, and evolving high-quality backend systems.

This is a hybrid role, offering a strong balance between collaboration in the office and flexible remote working.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using .NET / C#

• Contribute to system architecture and technical decision-making

• Work closely with product managers, QA, and other engineers to deliver high-quality features

• Write clean, testable, and well-documented code

• Participate in code reviews and mentor more junior developers

• Help modernise and improve existing systems and development practices

Tech Stack

• Core: .NET, C#

• APIs & Services: RESTful APIs, microservices

• Databases: SQL Server (experience with ORM tools a plus)

• Cloud & DevOps exposure (Azure preferred, but not essential)

• Modern engineering practices: CI/CD, automated testing, Agile/Scrum

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of professional software development experience

• Strong commercial experience with .NET / C#

• Experience building and maintaining enterprise-scale applications

• Solid understanding of software design principles and best practices

• Comfortable working in a collaborative, Agile environment

• Experience in financial services or enterprise SaaS is a plus, but not required
